Construction works powered along throughout December to wrap up an action-packed year for the team on the ground at Attwell. We’re pleased to share that in Stage 10, construction is now complete and Practical Completion is imminent.

Despite the heavy rain slowing construction over the last few weeks, November marked another busy month for Attwell as works continued to progress across the stages. In Stage 10, we are pleased to share that topsoiling is nearing completion, and asphalting works have commenced.

Melton City Runners are taking on the Relay for Life challenge to raise funds for the Cancer Council’s cancer research, prevention, and support services. Relay for Life is a community fundraising challenge aiming to raise essential funds for those impacted by cancer.

In Stage 9, we are thrilled to announce that Statement of Compliance (SOC) has been achieved, Titles have now been registered, and settlements have now commenced!
