Title update
Dear purchaser, The team at ID_Land has been working extensively with the civil contractor and service authorities to obtain the final compliance approvals for Stages 1-3 at Attwell, in eagerness for titles to be delivered as soon as possible. Electrical audits are the final approval in Stages 1 – 3, meaning that titles will now be issued in January 2020 and settlements for both stages will follow shortly after.
