The team at ID_Land has been working extensively with the civil contractor and service authorities to obtain the final compliance approvals for Stages 1-3 at Attwell, in eagerness for titles to be delivered as soon as possible.
Electrical audits are the final approval in Stages 1 – 3, meaning that titles will now be issued in January 2020 and settlements for both stages will follow shortly after.
Whilst we fully appreciate this slight delay is frustrating for purchasers, this revised title date means purchasers will save on bank interest and land tax costs on their lot during the Christmas and new year shut down period.
In light of the above, ID_Land will allow purchasers’ builders access to their site during the December period. This will allow builders to complete vital land survey and soil tests, meaning construction can commence without delay once titles are registered early in 2020.
We apologise for the delay in title deliveries and look forward to welcoming our first residents in Attwell early in the new year.
